Marvelous Middle is the worst mattress I have ever purchased. Sagging problems within 2 yrs of purchase. [The manufacturer location] will not accomodate the consumer one bit beyond what is stated in the warranty if one needs to return it for inspection. It is not listed anymore under "Our Products", nor in the Select Mattress" option, but I see there is a To Win Promotion. Good luck to the winner...you will need it. Also, the mutiple complaints of customer reviews have been removed. If you do have problems be sure to report it to the Dept of Agriculture. I will be looking forward to this being posted for the public to review.
Regarding Ms. Tuttle's review, the manufacturer location that crafted her bed has been actively working with her for over a year. She has exhausted her remedies through the Better Business Bureau which has closed all 4 complaints that she has filed.
The manufacturer location has replaced the innerspring and foam in her mattress once already, and are quite willing to work on it again, but transportation is the responsibility of the consumer. It has been explained to Ms. Tuttle that manufacturers have 18 wheel trucks. These trucks are not equipped or insured to provide transportation to and from consumers' homes.
On Decemember 3rd, the manufacturer location sent a reply to Ms. Tuttle's complaint filed with the Department of Agriculture. They have taken no action and are apparently satisfied that the manufacturer location is ready and willing to provide warranty assistance to this consumer when the terms and conditions of the warranty have been met.
Ms. Tuttle had good service from her Restonic mattress for about 6 years before reaching out for assistance. The Restonic Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship - not normal wear and tear. After 6 years it becomes difficult to discern manufacturer defect unless an innerspring unit has deconstructed.
Ms. Tuttle's complaints have been treated with the respect afforded every Restonic customer, and after the two main components of a mattress have been replaced, we have been unable to satisfy her. We welcome the opportunity to service her warranty claim again in the future.
